Regular Merchandise

Regular items can be returned within 10 days of ship date for a full refund.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged with original hangtags attached.
Sale items 16% to Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Items will be refunded to original form of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your full refund.
Must present original receipt.
Online returns only, email customercare@jacbyjc.com for the return label.
Online returns cannot be returned in store.
Cancellations can be done 30 minutes after purchase only.

Sale Merchandise

Items up to 15% off can be returned within 7 days of ship date for a full refund.
Sale items 16% and up are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you like to exchange an item we suggest you complete a return and place a new order. Thank you.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our JAC Customer Care Team at customercare@jacbyjc.com for assistance.
Let our JAC Customer Care Team know your name, order number & items you wish to return.
JAC Help Team will provide you with a return number & email you your prepaid return label with shipping requirements.
Place items back in the box items were sent with and seal securely.
Place email provided Prepaid Return label on top of box over previously label.
Please make sure previous barcode label not visible and only the new label is showing.
Drop off your package at a Canada Post nearest you.
Once your returned packaged is received with the JAC Team, your package will be processed within 7-10 business days. Once completed you will receive an email from our team ASAP.
Refunds will be credited to original method of payment.
