Shipping

For all standard shipments please allow 1-3 days for handling and 1-7 business days for the order to arrive.
Once order is placed we will do our very best to process the order as soon as possible.
Any orders received after 3pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. If it lands on the statutory holiday the order will be processed next day.
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email within 48 hours and refunded for the item.

JAC parcels are shipped via Canada Post regular mail.

Duties & Taxes must be prepaid by customer prior and addition to the order.
JAC shipping department will call for a prepayment for the duty/taxes payment with a CC payment over the phone on addition to the already paid item online.

Shipping to USA please allow 3-7 business days once parcel has been shipped.

International shipments are sent via Standard Canada Post, with a Flat Rate of $30 will be applied at checkout.

We are unable to re-route any packages to Canada, USA or Europe once they have been shipped. Please double check all details before checkout.
